problem use iostream.h in c

i can't use iostream.h in C
the compiler appear error : iostream.h : No such file or directory
what should i do?

There is no iostream.h header for C - that's why you can't use it: it doesn't exist.

There is an iostream (without .h) for C++, but not for C.

In early versions of C++ the iostream header was called iostream.h, but that was before the first C++ standard and is no longer supported by modern compilers. That has nothing to do with C though.
