As far as I can tell of this case, she may win a bit from the crazy treatment she got in the workplace, but as far as the kidney things is concerned... she never gave the kidney directly to Brucia and I don't think there will ever be any proof that it had anything to do with her treatment later.
She also had the option to say "no" or quit the job at any time. Sure in a tough economy it sucks to find a job, but you always have that choice. You just have to ask yourself where is your breaking point. Believe me, I have been at the breaking point a couple times in my life and had to make the tough call.
