From what I heard Battleship is pretty good. All my friends who watched it said so. Looks promising. Guess I'll have to find out for myself.

I'd have to disagree-- you are going by IMDb ratings which gave Black Swan a 8.2 out of 10 and that movie had to be one of the dumbest movies I have ever seen. In other words you are basing a movie you havent seen on a rating system that is most likely backed by the movie industry. In other words watch the movie for yourself and dont follow the critics advice.
They also gave Super Troopers a 6.8 which should have been at least an 8.
