So I spent 4 days developing a nice log in screen from designing the back ground images to all the button images and the coding. Today I look at the screen and low and behold the coding was changed. Not only was the code changed but changed to like 1993 coding change.

I had built the screen with divs and floats and such and the senior guy decided he didn't know how to use the floating code so he took all my work and put it into a table structure that only works for ie. Now the screen looks like shit and I am kinda pissed about it. His comments were that he prefers tables. I mean WTF......

Show him that his doesn't work outside of IE, but that yours does.

I was going to offer kicking him in the taint, but the a sack tap with the ol' shoryuken might work as well.

Oh yeah, and then put your code back.. with an explicit note that it doesn't break, looks better, and plays well with all the browsers (versus just one).

Well I had my code set as following
example

Login.html

Login_new.html

of which I did all my code on the login.html and transfered it to the new one when It was working.

He modified the new one and deleted my login.html


So I did have a back up but now it is gone..
