According to your profile, you're in Oregon. (Springfield... ugh... Lon Mabon territory...) Seems there are plenty to choose from.

Jon - does your search include labradoodles?

Tony doesn't have a lab (dog) lol. I'm talking about a laboratory...
I still have to admit that your reply was whimsical.

No, separate breed. Apparently there are none up for adoption just now, in any case. They got sharpeis and shih tzus and mini pinschers and terrier mixen, but labradoodles have they none.
Nor cheese doodles or apfelstrudels, neither.
Damn, not even a regular old poodle. That would be cool - you could roll your own labradoodle. No dice, though.

How do you know?

No..no.. I am certain you were referring to the Labrador dog breed.
Side note, what's up with all the fashionable breeds to have a damn poodle in the mix? Bassetoodle, Chi-Poo, and Pootalian.. ugh.. it's like poodles are the genetic condiment that spices up an otherwise mundane genetic cheese tray.

I think it's probably just because "poo" and "oodle" are good syllables to include in your breed's name. Cockapoo, Goldendoodle.
I haven't yet seen a Pootweiler, or a Bernese Mountain Poo, for which a small silent thanks to the guardians of good taste. Shepadoodles also seem to be thin on the ground. German Poonschers probably explode at birth from severe identity confusion, though I'd be surprised if nobody's tried the experiment.
I would like to see a Jack Russell Perrier, that would be... okay, annoying as fuck, but the pun's good.

Bernese Mountain Poo is an off name - it's bernedoodle
Shepadoodle survives!
edit: list of mixes.

I'm holding out for a Perrier. And no, a Rat Pinscher isn't going to cut it - that sounds like something you'd yell out your car window. "Watch it, ya damned rat pincher!"

coworker: ah.. why are you looking at dogs and giggling?
me: It's research..
coworker: how are dogs and programming related?
me: Duh - I am doing research about web service protocols.
coworker:... ... ... Oh.. that makes sense.
