I have a whole list of house DJs I wanna see performing live. Doesn't fall into the category of bands, I guess..

I would give my left nut to see Ween again, they played the best rock'n'roll gig in the history of the world last time I saw them, it was AMAZING! 2.5hrs solid, no intermission, no warmup act, and they finished with a 45 minute encore that ended with the whole band (4) beating the fuck out of the drums with everything available.

ROCK'N'ROLL.

Aside from that, the bands I'd love to see but can't:

The Jimi Hendrix Experience
Pink Floyd (Syd era or 70s era)
Led Zeppelin
The Beatles!
The Doors!
I wish I was alive in the late 60s haha

and the bands I still hope to see:

Sigur Ros (this is happening soon)
Radiohead (gah I can't believe I've never seen them)
NIN (not sure if I've missed something here, I wonder if Trent can still swing it)

and as for techno (my love) I've seen almost everyone I wanted to over the years, but still no:

Laurent Garnier
Ancient Methods
cv313
Thomas Fehlmann

Apart from those few, I've been musically fulfilled these last 10 years, it's been great! I failed uni twice and blew everything I earned and now I'm back at uni punching out that stupid degree and living on catfood but I wouldn't trade it! :P

There is no more chance to see NIN at this point in time. He decided he doesn't want to tour anymore for the foreseeable future. I saw him in 2005, and I know he was touring at least until sometime in 2009.

But, he's also got a wife and a new baby, and he's been focusing a lot on soundtracks (He did the soundtracks for The Social Network and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo with Atticus Ross). He might tour again, someday, but I wouldn't count on it.

Trent Reznor will roam arenas once again, in the future. We will see.

Anyway peace_fixation, what's with the "gah"? I've never heard someone say that in real life.

I mean anyone.

Dark Tranquility, Týr, Amon Amarth, Mors Principium Est, Darkest Hour, Sabaton, The Absence.

Probably not going to happen any time soon.

I hope your right. Maybe it was just because I was in the middle of a sea of angry people and we were all struggling to stay on our feet and not get crushed while we shared a the visceral experience that is Nine Inch Nails, but I loved every second of the 4 hour drive to get there, the concert, and the 4 hour drive back home. I would do it all again if given the chance, hell yes I would.

Haha, hmm I don't know, I type the way I speak, and I say it all the time. It's my word for expressing frustration, I guess it's not really English, but it means the way it sounds :P

Gah! Exams! >.<

Well, it just sounds like a japanese anime girl screaming or something. Just saying. :)

By the way, got a new favorite band, The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Great music.
