That seems more like a preventive-measure than a solution to a crappy chip :) I can see it now: "AMD Press Release - New XP Chip requires water cooling, OEM clients raise an eyebrow and ask what 'Water Cooling' is!"

Nah, for real though, it's a quality... they may not be as fast, and they aren't as cheap, but the intel chips are very good quality, I've had 1 AMD chip fail on me out of the 3 I've ever used, I've NEVER had an Intel chip fail about of the 9 that I've used, the reason the AMD failed was the fan busted and the chip fried, I know that if soemthing happens to a fan or heatsink on my P4, it'll just power down, not fry.
