Flash-style Tween/Easing Functions in C#

I came across a post on the internet today for the title above. Has anyone had experience in using tween/easing before as I would love to know where it would be used in programming using C#? Could it be used in WinForms? What application template would you use this with?

It might have helped if you included the link that you came across. I for one have no idea what you're talking about.

I am guessing that if you have no idea what I am talking about from the title of the post, then I dont think you would have experience in tweens in C#. Just saying :P

99% chance that's good application of logical thinking.
Though its funny how many people have done things without using the current buzz-words for it.

I did do something like this once long ago. It was for some interactive instruction for a program, showing to drag an object from here to there. But the code in the linked page you have is far cleaner, more elegant and general purposed than what I wrote.

There are easing algorithms built into WPF/Silverlight's Animation types. Here's a pretty good MSDN article explaining them:

As far as I'm aware, WinForms doesn't have an analog built in, because it wasn't really intended to be used as an animation platform.
