[Task] Multiple Connections with multiple Credentials

Hi people:
the network I'm using limited the speed of any account that connects to the proxy
well... I managed to have a lot of credentials
but I don't know how to Connect to multiple connections with more than one account
how to code a program to perform these

tips:
1. the wifi AP works on ipv6 only just like the proxy
2. I prefer the code to be in C++, Delphi, Pascal,and Java (try not to make it java)
3. Windows or linux are O.K.
