WHen I try to use the Check new posts - function I seem to get posts dating back to december, even though I've just been idle on the boards for a couple of hours...
Just me having this one?

No your not the only one that has this problem. Wait for sky or one of the other admins to come online, maybe they can address the problem with an answer.

Click the "Mark all posts as read" link near the top of the forums, that will clear it out for you. Then you'll only see the stuff you haven't read.

Same here. I have given up on that option till the site upgrade in a few months. I think the Admins and webmaster know it's a pain, but the focus on upgrading may detract form the fix. I'm sure we can get one of them to chime in here, but more than likely we'll have to wait for the new forum/site. I think most of the users have just gotten used to working around small bugs like this. Though I think it leaves a few posts out in the cold and unread, all and all it's not that big of deal to me.
