So what if there are underage members. They have the right to decided weather or not they will enter into the CFL. Before signing up...make 'em sign a waiver or something. Just because there are people who moderate, I don't feel it gives them the right to decided what we can say. Again, I think Chris should perhaps, re-do the terms of the site, which he already stated he would. However, I still don't agree that someone has the power to decide what I can say and what I can't say. If I personally offend someone, they need to have the Balls to come to me and tell me, because I would do the same.

We all are allowed freedom of speech by the Constitution. That does not mean anyone is required to publish what we say.
If I am not totally incorrect, this forum system is run by an individual and that individual is totally within his rights to refuse to publish anything he wants.
If you don't like that, start your own forum.

I choose to be open with most everything, when I closed those 2 threads today, it was because I felt sloth and a couple other mods might want to close them, but feel pressured into not closing them. This thread has given me some good ideas, such as adding the 'mature content' label to the lounge as well as changing the description.
If I don't want to do something, I don't do it, but I want that lounge to be open, I hate haveing to 'check' myself when I post to see if I'm breaking the rules, cause normally I am.
But now everything will be a bit better and more relaxed, not as much tension.
