Teraterm: How to copy a file from my local desktop to a remote server?

Posted 02 November 2012 - 06:20 PM

Hi,

I'm using Teraterm to remotely access my school's student server and I need to copy a file from my local desktop to my student account that I'm connected to through Teraterm. How do I do this? Thanks.

There looks to be an option under the 'file' menu.

I found the option but it doesn't seem to work and just seems to crash my terminal.. is there a built-in terminal / console command to transfer files?

From what I read there are multiple ways... honestly I found that information by just searching "teraterm and file transfer"
