I have always relied on DIC sending me mails for topics that I have subscribed to. But for the past 2 days, I have received no mails from DIC. What is happening?

As a test I tried unsubscribing to a forum, then resubscribing with different notification settings. Then posting a new thread:

I figured that might force an update. No Joy. 20 minutes later that forum has not notified me of the message. So the simple band-aid didn't work.

I'm also not receiving email notifications of PM's. The "My Account" icon changes colors but I'm not receiving the email.

FYI - My notifications go to my DIC++ account which I just tested by sending out from it, and receiving in to it. So its not the user's mail settings. Or how gmail is handling DIC++ mail.
Which means for now I keep an eye on the C# forum manually, and look at "My Subscribed threads" now and then for updates.
Its going to seriously impact usability.
Just a thought: Maybe a moderator could make a completely new account and see if that account to subscribe/post and be notified.
Then keep raising the classification of that new user: Maybe this is something that only affects certain sub classifications of users? mentors but not moderators for example.

No idea what is happening with you tlhIn`toq, but now I am getting notifications half of the notifications. I just now noticed, someone has posted a new topic in C/C++ forum and I did not get a mail!

No, not fixed.
I'm getting infrequent notifications but not even close to what I should be getting. I'm not getting enough or I don't have the ability to see all that I'm not getting to determine if there's a pattern or any sense to it.

I'm getting emails for only a fraction of the personal messages I've been sent.

As if I wasn't spending a lot of time on here already, I've come to realize just how much MORE time this approach eats up.
When email notifications start showing up again, so will I. But I'm not going to sacrifice THIS much time out of my life to track this stuff manually.
