Shared Resources

Posted 02 September 2001 - 08:36 PM

**sorry for posting this here, but there's not OS/software forum...

In Windows 2000 you can set individual and group permissions to shared folders easily by right clicking and choosing properties ->sharing or permissions.  in Xp you're limited to sharing with everyone.  anyone know where to do this?  what snap-in to choose in the SMC?

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

there's nothing wrong with WinME... most problems i've come accross with it occur somewhere between the chair and the keyboard...

I find that to be the cause of most pc problems Vetritus03.  Being in the Tech support community I feel your pain.
