Note, there are quite a few options here. I am looking to spend around 100-200 USD. Also the reason I am looking at Best Buy is because I have a gift card to knock down some of the expense. Here are some cards I have come across. I have a 700 watt PSU on the way, and I want to be able to play newer games like Call of Duty: Black Ops II on at least medium settings (before I had thought going all out investing in a new CPU and mobo was best, however when I lowered the resolution on my game settings, the video was much smoother, with less quality).

The GT 610 can play Black Ops 2 at medium settings at a lower resolution like 720p, however it isn't a recommended GPU. As far as what you've listed, they'll all play the game, but it's hard to recommend one without knowing what resolution you'll be playing at.

I think the HD7770 is a good middle ground, as it's only $15 more than the GT 640. It'll play most games at the highest settings at 1080p, but you'll have to turn the settings down a bit for something like Crysis.

For that budget,
A Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost would run most games on high settings. About $180 and it comes with a factory overclock. I checked out some benchmarks and it doesn't fall to far behind the 660 and runs better than the 650 ti

Sorry for the nocro of sort. But srsly nVidia 610 or GTX 650???? Asus GTX 560 DC II 2GB RAM will outperform the 650 not to mention the 610:
