I work for an online development company. And we are currently in need of new flash coders to help us with projects.
Our company offers different services, such as

+Promotional Materials
+Corporate Branding
+Website Design
+Poster, Invite and Leaflet Design
+DVD Cover/Sticker Design
+Advertisement Design

But more to the coding side we offer these based websites.
+Flash
+PHP
+HTML
+Javascript
+XHTML
+CSS
+MySQL

This is a new company and is constantly expanding.
As for pay, the money that the client pays is separated, a small part of it goes back into the business for upgrades and services etc, then the rest goes to the graphic designer who made the layout to fit the clients needs, and the coder who made the website.
