I honestly don't see why someone would go to it (and I live in Denver, so I have ever ease possible, go figure).

Yup me aswell. Ive had it over a month. In canada it coasts around 700$ ... heh WHO WOULD PAY THAT! lol.

let's just put it this way - the only o/s i could possibly download is MS-DOS, and maybe win3.1 if i were on for 6 hours :biggrin:
i know, i know, it's sad. but heck, at least i've got it. my dad's is much faster, i'm on my comp w/ 56k. yet it runs at 26.4 max...
(i know why also.)

Just returned from our trip. 800 miles... Xp got launched... we came, we saw, we got the T-Shirt. it's been a long day, but i must say... that THAT many people excited about a M$ product just... just... brings a tear to me eye. *sniff* Xp ROCKS! hands down the best OS M$ has released to date. i am actually thinking of *ghasp* buying it!

800 miles from Rio Rancho to Denver and back? Are you sure? Cause it's only like 450 from Grand Junction to Denver and back and it's almost the same distance.
Oh yeah, and the reason XP is so great, is cause it's a straight up rip of OS X. Even the name. So although it's '"he Best Microsoft OS yet," OS X is up there with the best EVER.
