hi all, i have reached in my self learning book exception handling, it wants me to run the examples it gives but pass arguments using the command line. i am using visual C# express is this set up as defualt or do i have to do something in order to get it running? i know i can go into start and cmd.exe but i guessing the command line needs to be run inside visual studio in order to run these programs?
please help as i cant see me doing this section without going through the code and i need to run them and debug to learn bits of code but cant with using the command line
thanks

Rephrase what you are looking for. What you typed isn't making sense. Do you want to run your compiled application from a command line, or are you looking to do the compiling of your app in the command line?

If you just need to set command-line arguments for testing then choose the Project menu, YourProject Properties, and the Debug tab; you can enter the command-line arguments there.
