@modi - This is for my startup essentials class. We are coming up with a small startup which may or may not go anywhere beyond the semester.

@sloth - Basically. We want to make the required hardware cheap for people to buy so that won't be a barrier to entry. We also want to make most of our profits off of corporations instead of the end user.

@neo - Pretty much, except using heart rate instead of steps. Since that should be more useful for people. Plus they can do things other than strictly exercising... *wink*

@modi - That sounds a little out of most people's budgets at that point.
