How to access the snippets.

I am new to DIC and i am not able to access snippet.Can anyone tell me the way?

I've moved your thread to the Site Questions & Support section. This is in no way related to Java programming. I've also improved the thread title. "Question" is a bit ambiguous.

As to the question. The snippets section is currently not accessible to anybody. It was taken down some time ago because of a security issue, and it won't be back up until that has been resolved. No ETA on that at the moment I'm afraid.
