Dropbox integration

Posted 23 June 2013 - 01:36 PM

I'm using a different computer so I started a Dropbox account and copied my website folder to this. I could now install FileZilla (that I was using before) and configure it to now point at my Dropbox folder, and I'll be good to go.

I'm wondering, though, if there is a more direct route that I am missing. Are there Dropbox features or a plug-in that would be more integrated than using FileZilla?

There is a Dropbox API as well. I'm not sure though, how I might make use of this with my website (if at all). Does anyone have any pointers for me?

Side-question: If I install FileZilla will it consider all my files to be newer versions than those at the web-server? If so, can I tell it, somehow, that they are the same ;)
