There's this window on my desktop that says "Name setup please close all Google chrome sessions! Press okay to continue..." and I've tried closing it normally, left clicking and closing, and I cant even uninstall Google Chrome to try and re install it to see if it will help, it keeps telling me to "wait until the current program is done uninstalling or being changed" So what do?

Have you tried using the Task Manager to end all Google Chrome processes?

To open the Task Manager, press ctrl + alt + delete. Then go through the process list to find all Google Chrome items, right clicking each one and choosing "End Process".

One thing to keep in mind though. If this works it will only solve it once for the current situation. Whatever issue caused this to happen in the first place may well trigger it again.
