Modification to Dell XPS with an i7 cpu that's getting an SSD

I have some modification to do to this pc, A Dell XPS with an i7 cpu that's getting an SSD (and a few other things), but I'm not yet sure what to do with this

Are you just swapping out the HHD for the SSD?
