Footer Template

i'm not sure if i should post it right here???

but i need help on editing the footer template. i want to use it but dont know how to edit it.

pls help :blink:

Download the file, open it in a graphics program, I use Photoshop CS3, but you can use Paint.Net or any graphics program, make the changes you want, save it then upload it to your host. :)

well i have a photoshop CS2 installer. could i use that???
but can you help me on how to do the editing cause i'm not familiar with photoshop.
