This winter has been super weird.. I have been learning to plan my gym trips around the warm days (sort of jacking up an actual routine).. like yesterday.. I went into the gym at 2.30.. left at 3.45 and it dropped 13 degrees and the wind picked up significantly.. every hour after it was another ten degrees until a nice big ol' zero was hit. Ugh.
On the plus side my gym's dehumidifier seems to be busted and it is super humid inside.. to the tune of the windows are iced over on the inside and there are slow trails of water condensing and running down them.

saturday i did squats of 260 and deadlifts of 290 (5 reps for set).

I passed out and threw up after a 25 minute HIIT session the other day. Not a nice experience.

Started up my running again recently.
Back to doing 5K in around half an hour.

Have been a little lax with the gym since school started back up (and feeling a bit under weather due to the constant temperature changes), but gonna hit it again tomorrow night. Still trying to get back into a solid routine.
In an effort to be more healthy (and do something fun) the girlfriend and I have decided to participate in the Color Vibe 5K Run in Central Missouri on the 19th of April. Going to register today as soon as we figure out a team name
