Hey what does the little blue squares stand for cause I've seen people with only 1 and people with 2. Whats that about? Does it mean you just new?

Those squares keep growing with the number of posts. This is only for members without badges.......Atleast thats what I've figured out.

I believe those are the warnings a user has received.
(Sloth, admins, mods, etc don't have them)

Not necessarily.

and those blue squares are a thing based on how many posts you have I believe, they normally go away pretty quick as most members get contributor badges etc. right off the bat.

There is a system that looks sorta like it that shows warning levels but user's are unable to see it.
