Every time I turn on my laptop I encounter an unexpected error ...

Hi everybody,

Unfortunately, every time I turn on my laptop I encounter an unexpected error which says:"The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x009cfa4d. Click OK to terminate the program". I wonder i you could help me to get rid of this error. And many thanks for your help in advance.

It's hard to know what is going on.. I'm guessing this is windows? Check your event viewer (start -> control panel -> admin tools -> event viewer) to see if it narrows down what is causing the issue.. outside of that start looking for bad or corrupted drivers.
