pascal- "identifier not found"

hi so once again i got stumped while programming in pascal :P/> .
while trying to create a menu for a program using a case that leads to separate procedures i ran into trouble and got the error "identifier not found" relating to the case choices . any help? because i dont really know much about pascal and am quite stuck.
in the picture below if you look at the bottom you can see the error message.

Procedures need to be defined or forward-declared before they can be used. So in your code you need to move the definitions of new_customer & co. before the definition of main_menu (or add forward declarations).
