Alright, kids... I want to jump on this Gifts from Steam bandwagon, too, but can't figure out how the hell to send them if I don't have a Steam account myself. I really don't want a Steam account... but Steam wants me to login before I can make the purchase.

For real tho, if you're set on not making an account, you can go to the gift cards section of a retail store. Most of them have Steam gift cards. You can email them the code.
