Steam isn't really needy. You could make an account then just never log in again. I don't think they make you download the app to purchase, but if they do you could just uninstall it. Steam is really nice like that. On another note, I'm mad at Steam because I wasn't one of the lucky 300 that gets to beta test the Steambox. :I

Yes.. just like Amazon that needs you to have an account as well.
After that just fill in their email address (their steam account isn't really need to be known unless you want to sift through their wishlist)

I shall train up my skills for the zombie apocalypse now. So far I have learned that Coach is gorram amazing. And that it's best to shoot the idiots in your party early on. Leave them bleeding as bait. More useful that way, and less dangerous for the party. I swear there's always one guy who thinks its a good idea to through a Molotov at a gas canister when the rest of the party are next to it.

Hm, killing teammates off early, and using them as bait... not exactly the survival plan I had envisioned, but I suppose it will work...
