Oh no,

That is certainly sad news.

I know you used to have ding-dong battles with him on this and other forums salem_c.
He will be sadly missed.

Can't say that I recall interacting with him here, but this is bad news.

Thank you for sharing. RIP.

I remember Adak as a contributing member in C/C++, though I did not often interact with him. My condolences to his family and those who knew him well. He was an asset on DIC, and he will be missed.

When I was starting to make contributions in the C/C++ forum starting at the end of last year, I've noticed Adak as a helpful member that was always willing to help others and answer questions. As a contributor and a helpful member at the C/C++ forum here at DIC, he will always be remembered. :(

And should you glimpse my wandering form out on the borderline
Between death and resurrection and the council of the pines
Do not worry for my comfort, do not sorrow for me so
All your diamond tears will rise up and adorn the sky beside me when I go

Go well, Adak. Someone wise is listening.

I used to see him a lot in C/C++... He was very active and genius...

I was away for a while and when I came back, last month, I found all contributors of C/C++ but him... I was thinking where he might be, not knowing that he was ill... It's kinda hard when you know someone, just passes away... :|

My condolances to everyone who knew him. I did not, but he sounds like a good programmer. Still, it's sad to hear of anyone passing away, especially in a community you're a part of.
