New Topic/Question

Since I became member of dreamincode, I have really a great difficulty to connect to it.
I have no problem with any other site, whatever it is, but just with dreamincode. I must try several times before I connect, which is really annoying.
If that could help, I have win 7 32bits and google chrome.

I don't understand. What has wikiHow to do with this problem.

I noticed some down-time yesterday at around 15:00 GMT. Not sure what caused it, but I couldn't connect for about 10-15 minutes.

I have issues with my phone and computer from 9:15 - 9: 20 am EST.

You can connect with a proxy during this time, I've tried. It's somehow just the connection from the router - at least for me.

If you have connection problems, please include the following:
-Your IP
-The time of the problem
-A tracert
-A list of restrictions you have, if any (such as filters at work or school)
You are welcome to PM them to me, and I will forward them onto the webmaster so he can coordinate with the server folk.

Someone else brought this to my attention yesterday and I have emailed the webmaster about it. He has opened a ticket with the server folk.

All yesterday, this was acting up on and off, and today it is worst. It's mostly down more than it is up, but I think i know why, going to shoot you a pm if the site will load.
Btw, i have checked the downtime in Finland, Germany and USA. So its a global dropout.

We're aware. I emailed the webmaster yesterday. He and the server folks are looking into it to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
Edit: I actually just got an email back that the server team just finished maintenance a couple minutes ago.

Glad to here others are having problems as well, that it's not just me. My end is so bad that it's hard sometimes to determine the cause. But connecting in the last week has become a real chore, hopefully it's fixed on your end. Now to work on my end.

The server team has completed several updates to the web and database servers. Please let us know if you continue to have any issues connecting to the site.
