Design web report webpage

I have created web report now want to design it better,I have a few button and textbox and a table, friends i want suggestion to designAttached Image it better, The web report is on for when the user vehicle overspeed and display it

Center it all, add some color.. some divisions between the sections.. etc.

Don't design it directly in CSS, take a sheet of paper or a graphic design piece of software and try to

- arrange your elements so it looks balanced and organised
- rank them by level of importance and play with font size, font weight and line spacing to make it obvious to the user
- try to walk in your users' shoes and wonder what information or what feature you are expecting to see first when you open the page and try to use colours and contrasts to make it stand out.

It looks disjointed. Glowing red, on some, but not all.. parts with attempted dimension, but others without.. rounded edges butting up against the scroll bar.. that left box just slapped on there without any matching style.

I would not be a fan.

ok thanks modi for point out my mistake i'll correct it, someone else please suggest to make thing better

@modi left box is like when i hover on above three lines besides OverSpeed Report Text it will be displayed otherwise it will disappear like slideup and slidedown

If the form on the left conditions what's displayed on the right, it's an improvement. I understand I need to deal with the left form first.

I would drop the pictogram next to the page title. It has a standard meaning (a dropdown menu for handheld devices)

But yeah, it's obviously not finished and inconsistent (are you planning to style the right part at all ?)
