Hung over, but functional. It seems we are not getting out as early as was promised.. thankfully I packed my lunch.

Maybe I'll dump my work to Monday and zone out on some pluralsight.

Waiting on a lead developer to get in contact with me over a new system. Apparently, me trying to force client requirements into their system finally got noticed and we might be getting some help from someone more than a level 1 "support specialist." Other than that, counting hours until I can leave.

I made the mistake of mixing alcohol and pain killers last night. That was dumb. One beer doesn't do shit to me so I figured it'd be safe to wash down my pain medicine so I could sleep. Nope. :( Woke up hungover, with none of the perks of having been trashed the night before.

Just finished writing a small method that when given a List of nested or un-nested property names gives the values of those properties of the object passed to it. Code is below if you are interested.

Spoiler

I just realized that PHP's name is infinitely recursive...

Which name are they going with lately? (It'll always be "Personal HomePage" to me...)

I was given a "quiz" on PHP and that was one of the questions. Proctor said I would be surprised how many people don't know that.

I just hadn't read it recently.

It's "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor." Kind of amusing. I don't touch PHP often since I work in a .NET shop and we do everything through ASP. But I do still touch it at home for personal projects. I was helping someone get started in learning it and noticed that while I was reading the little blurb on php.net.

So roommate #3 has a purse. I'm fairly confident he's single and that no women have been to the apartment in the last week.

Maybe it is to carry the toaster around on a night about the town.

He might consider a stroller for the toaster oven, unless it's one of those miniature toasters.

Could be hiding it well though.
