It probably isn't a train. If anything, it would be a horde of stupid peopleunicorn lovers known as your coworkers superiors. It sounds like you've got an ^impressively^ excellent product though!

Working on the Web UI for Auto Invoicing. Shouldn't be to difficult, it's basically just a logging website. Also running our first test on the Auto Invoicing project (which consists of setting a boolean to true) Then looking at how we want to go about "Automating" the service run times. Whether it will be installed as a service and I roll my own automation in code, or we use a library, or we use Task Scheduler. Both have pro's and con's.

I am guessing your are about 1/8 more to complete?

Due to some prioritization sent down by my boss, I will be working on a new set of reports this pushes PCS down to #2 slot, Dragon down #3 slot, and OFLV on hold (that is the one from CFO) interesting how they all need them done critically, gotta love triage.

Barring any other major crises, I'm estimating it'll take two more days to get this thing done, pumped to the live server, and off my to-do list.

That is until the group that Unicorn is for finds out and requests 15 more features be added in by tomorrow afternoon.

The IT administrator had a meeting with our client who is always giving us trouble with XML files, and bad schemas and the like. In that meeting he explained to them that I was not making any more changes to the program until they have decided and signed off on a schema, and if they deviate from it, they will have to pay for the programming time, plus sign off on the new schema, and the same rules would still apply to the next schema as well. So there's that.

ybad, at least there's a little bit of thought being forced upon them now. That _should_ help things.

Today's agenda is to attempt and get the code coverage higher. Would love to get it to 70+% if possible by the end of the week. Though I have been stuck at 54% for half a week so far.

That's the beautiful part about getting the initial product off my desk... once the system is launched, any new feature requests, get added to the BOTTOM of my queue and they have to wait until everything stacked up before them is completed before I get to their newest, latest thing. It has been commanded by the overlords in charge of my paycheck.

Gotta love it when the command structure stands behind you.

Believe me, I am. It's not often the overlords have my back in any capacity... so it's a nice change.

This week is extremely busy. One of my grad school applications is due December 15th. I will also not be sleeping much until Wednesday, as I have a one page paper to write on an integer programming research article, a corresponding presentation to prepare, and then our last homework for integer programming. On Wednesday, I get my stochastic processes and integer programming take home finals. Friday kicks off finals, with Microeconomics.

Today, I'm also working on tweaking my personal statements some. My proofs professor knows a guy at another school that might be interested in working with me. While I am disappointed Tech didn't work out, everyone has been incredibly supportive of me. I really have a lot of awesome professors!

Are you changing it from neo's personal statement (borrowed from Biggie): "f' bitches, get money"?
