Need Designer for Web Hosting Template

Hello I own www.plexxmedia.net and I am wanting a new template for the site. I dont have time right now to design one so I'm looking for somone to design one for me. I want it to be the same color scheme as the site is right now but maybe add in a green or blue. This porject will be paid depending on quality. ($40-$60)
