A couple of years ago an online friend of mine introduced me to The PLA -Phone Losers of America, at the time I didn't think too much of it. But I found myself listening to their shoutcast alot after I gave them a chance.

The PLA have been doing pranks on the phone (and other ways) since at least as far back as the mid 1980's.
