How to correct the error and what does that actually means: 'Kernel service is not running, exitinng"
It happens while I'm starting the ubuntu 14.1 at virtual box. The system works kind of normally after this message, is that something to concern about?

How to correct the error actually depends on what service the message is referring to, there are probably other messages preceding the one you've pointed out.

When I enter my password at the top right the message: "VirtualBox: Kernel service is not running. Kernel exiting"
And that is all. The OS starts normally and works aparentlly normal, however it thought that it could be something wrong for a sort of aplications, but i don't know. If my Kernel is not running will I get any throuble, or beter, What is kernel at last?

It doesn't say your kernel is not running it says a kernel service is not running.

I have 5 VM's able to run on my system. Ubuntu is used the most out of them, and I pay no attention to it while it is loading.
If it runs normally, and you haven't noticed anything wrong, what are you worried about exactly? I can see if you try to do something and it says you can't because of X, but if you haven't noticed anything wrong, keep going until you do. When the kernel first boots, it will start the services it needs to run. If you need other services running for specific purposes, then you can start them when you need to as well.
