1) any file upload tutorial will do. for this there is a tutorial in the PHP tutorialsís section.
2) doubt: itís rather a negative feeling than a statement of unknowing. see also http://www.learnersd...efinition/doubt

I think that PHP deserves this kind of topic too.

If you like to see a tutorial about anything PHP, just ask for it here.

Good. Can someone teach us how to build a complete workflow with approval steps?...like requisitions/purchase order/leave management or travel expense...thanks.

referag, that is less tutorial and more completed system. As I gleen this is for a project you are pondering, create a new topic in the help section with what issues are you having.

Re: Request a PHP Tutorial

I am looking for an article or book that would show me (using php code) how to export a CSV file that I have created and stored on my host server to an attachment on my email.

I have "successfully" (tested on localhost using Apache and PHP) written using Html5/css3/javascript/php7 code an application that takes data (16 fields) from a form and sends it to the server and saves it into a CSV file on the server. Now I want to receive that CSV file as an email attachment each time a client fills in and submits the form.

@klexy - curious question - why is that information saved in individual CSVs? Why not use a database?

If you use a library like PHPMailer it will be easy to add attachments, if you're using the built-in mail function you would have to create the entire email format with the various sections yourself. Libraries like PHPMailer make that easier.

Since you should not do that using the mail() function (which essentially means writing plain SMTP, where you have to adhere to dozens of RFCs), choose either an email service or a mailing library.

E.g. SwiftMailer has a documentation that explains how to attach files: https://swiftmailer....attaching-files
