Microsoft Word 2007 Problems

I have Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate inside of Windows Vista Ultimate and I am having problems with Word. I dont open up Word and dont load documents (both doc and docx) inside of Word. I would like to repair the my Word files. Please help.

If you go to the Control/Panel, Add/Remove.., and run the Office installation there should, as I recall, be an option to Repair the installation.

Or you could find and delete the Normal template so that it is rebuilt the next time you start Word.

Or, if the problem is when opening specific documents, you can use the option "Open and Repair" from the Open dialog.

You could try performing the Office Updates.

Of course, you could always uninstall and reinstall.
