Unfortunately the very nice php guy I have worked with for a while has fallen ill.
I was just about to discuss a new site build with him.

It's an interesting project, we have good outline designs for it and are developing the site plan and structure. Should be close to final structure this week.
It's the kind of site which once it's up, other users will want to buy into - and we want them to be able to add their own branding at the top (we'll do it for them) - but this made me think that php was probably the ideal way to go forward as this would mean that hundreds of users could add their details (could have their details added by us I mean) to the same basic site templates.

I don't have a lot of budget for building the site as I have to keep costs low at the front end. However, I do have some money to fund the project.

My previous guy delivered very good work at a low cost. Mainly because his level of expertise was very good and jobs didn't tend to take him very long to do.
