It's pretty easy to check.

Look at the motherboard.

CPU Socket Type LGA 1150
Memory Standard DDR3 1600/1333/1066
Maximum Memory Supported 32GB

Start with the processor.. Is the Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell a 1150 chip? Yes.

Next - is the RAM ddr? Yes.
Is the ram at or under the max size? Yes.

What is the recommended power for the video card?

You didn't specify a brand.. so eyeball a few.. Example - this says

System Requirements
Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
Two available 6-pin PCI-E power connectors

Now look at the power connections - are there one or two 6pin pci-e connections? Yes.

Now look at the connectors for the hard drives.. do they fit the available connectors on the motherboard? Not IDE but SATA?

A few other things.. why are you getting some 5 point audio when you are getting 2.1 speakers? The onboard audio is 7.1 Channels.. so.. that seems like a waste.

Typically RAID 1 needs two identical hard drives.. you have two different ones.

Over all - I certainly wouldn't spent 2300+ on the setup, but hey.. knock your socks off.
