I can totally envision Neo at Defcon sporting the Twinkle Black and Vibrant Red laptop like "SUP BITCHES"
B9! I'm in suspense! Update us! We're cheering for you. At least I am.

"Twinkle Black and Vibrant Red" ? Very.. ah.. nice. I guess it could be worse - scarlet and gray.
You slut.
Also, it looked pretty sexy, and red is my favorite color, so it's a win-win.
Speaking of, Nike put out a line of Buckeye shoes. I'm gonna buy a pair.

Resignation was submitted yesterday. My last day on campus is Friday, August 28th. We got the house we applied for, so the move is on for this weekend.
People have been crying, I've been hugged more than I care to think about (*shudder*), so far no derpicorn kick-back, but I'm sure it's coming.

I got one better from my former employer. They wanted me to come fix the program I wrote. Not as a side job, they just felt entitled to my time. They started accusing me of sabotaging it and trying to bully me into working for free. Quite seriously fuck that place.
In the end they got nothing, and a now non-functional program.

Your last week is going to be all about documenting crap. That's what my last month was. "This is how you do our job" and then when they reviewed it they were like "oh holy shit YOU do that?" like they thought it was magically getting done...

And now I'm at the beginning stages of a panic attack at work. Goodie. I tore up the puzzle I had started when I first got here. I think that triggered it.

Truth. And then they're going to find someone to sit in your desk - maybe they'll fill the position in three months if they're really on it, but six to nine would be what I'd expect - and that person will look over your documentation, and they're going to look at the source code, and they're going to sigh deeply and put the documentation to one side and get to work.
Because that's what documentation is used for these days: it fills up desk drawers.
