Creating A Dns Server in c# or vb.net

Hello experts. How can i create a very simple dns server that looks for hostname and ips and send back the info to the remote ip that made the request. I know how to get Ip for hostnames but the part i dont know is replying the remote ip address
i would appreciate your help
