Heya guys !
I own an apartment which I've registered in HolidayLettings or as most know as TripAdvisor. But I have some serious issues with these guys and I hope you can help me.
It's my first cooperation with this company so I don't know if the money will be transferred or they're just stealing them. But my apartment I listed which was booked and paid by 15 August and booked for 20-23 of August. They said that the money would be transferred from 3 to 5 days, so that's from 17 to 19 (15, 16, 17 - 18, 19) or say 15 is not counted as a day and it's until 20 of August. Well that was determined as a lie because they said that the money have been transferred in 21 of August. But now it's 25 of August and I still don't have money in the bank. I don't know maybe I've written a wrong IBAN but the thing is that I send them 3 messages (2 separate and 1 reply to their copy-paste message) but they answered to the 2 Separates with a copy-paste/auto-message, in BOTH of them.
Contact Form
There is no one that answered to me officially, only auto-messages that depend on the problem I've checked on the "Subject*".
I've send a reply because they say "We hope this answers your query. If you need any extra help, see our help section or send a reply to this email." so it's not a 'no-reply' message. But no one answered.
I tried to contact with them with the phone Number they've listed in the Contact Form on the right side but it's like it doesn't even exist.
It's about 200Euros so it's not a game for me and I'm not in the most comfortable situation here to forget 200Euros.
Any help ?

Yep, I've read them already and I wasn't careful enough with the statement below :
"Once the money is transferred, it normally takes 3 -5 working days for it to arrive in bank accounts."
I thought that "transferred" means the time that guest paid. But I just thought of the 21 of August that they said that the money have been transferred, that means until 26 of August. So I'll wait another 1-2 days to let them a 24hour plus just in case. But this whole story makes me anxious a little bit.

I would not count on the money being there until thursday or friday. the 5 days is Working days, so Saturday and Sunday do not count. If they said that the transfer would be initiated on August 21st, then the first working day after that would be Monday August 24. So counting 5 days would be 24,25,26,27,28. I do not work for that company, nor do I have any experience with them, but from reading the links modi posted, it stated quite clearly with examples how it all worked.
