This is very similar to the Desktop of the Month we used to do, except for your physical bag/ backpack/ whatever you carry with you daily (outside of the standard wallet/keys/phone -- unless you want to specify those).
Do you change it up, or maintain a consistent loadout?
What is your current loadout (images are fine, or text if you prefer)?
I'll start with a text list (image to come):
A 7.5x12cm Rhodia pocket notebook
An A5 Moleskine (for work notes/ todo lists)
An A5 Rhodia Webby (for random personal thoughts)
2x Platinum Preppy EF (0.2mm) fountain pens, one using a black cartridge, and the other using a piston converter with Diamine Green/Black ink.
A work-branded satchel (will likely be counted as standard, especially if these become popular and last for a few months/ years).
My phone (Nexus 5, 16GB Red, with black Caseology case -- will be standard, at least for another year+ assuming it survives -- which I expect it to).
Wallet, keys, pocket knife.

Right pocket:
Wallet (US size because it's small, even though UK notes stick out)
keys (front door, car, keyring without fob)
Left pocket:
Phone
Inside the wallet:
Banknotes
Debit card x 2 (just one would be inconvenient, sadly)
Credit card (might cancel this/start leaving it at home)
Driving licence (the supermarket sporadically goes insane and IDs me for beer)
Always looking for ways to carry less. I expect that in the next ten years phones will replace our credit cards, keys, ID, actual identity, personality and sense of self-worth.

Wallet -- no telling what's in there, it collects stuff.
Work Access card
Keys (House, Mailbox, Truck, Office)
Phone (HTC One)
Cigarettes/ Lighter
Rare occasion I might bring my personal laptop.

That's quite a haul to be carrying around! At most I would be carrying my rifle and also my gun. One is for fighting and one is for fun.

I guess I'm not carrying it, most of it is in my car except my good guitar that I'm not willing to leave in there. Stopping by the new house after work to drop it off, because the movers won't transport guns and I don't want them touching my guitars. Pictures and things will go tomorrow, then cats and the girlfriend. I don't want them touching her either.
Although I would like to emulate something like Fallout and figure out how to carry everything around. I'll need an axe, a suppressed pistol, a big pistol, a shotgun, a small rifle, 2 suppressed big rifles (one with a night vision scope, one with a long-range scope), a rocket launcher, a phased plasma rifle in the 40-watt range, 20 grenades of various kinds, a few land mines, and about 4,000 rounds of ammunition. I suppose I should find a dog to carry some of the ammo.

•Decadent Minimalist Wallet
•ID
•Debit, Credit, Google Wallet
•Regal Cinemas gift card
•Knife
•Keys
•Sansa Clip+, Rockbox firmware flashed, 128GB memory card
•.2 Preppy pen
•Nexus 6
•Backpack
•Medication
•Glasses case with cleaning cloth
•Notebooks
•Nexus 9 tablet
•Men's Health Magazines
•Nail clippers
•Laptop Bag
•Laptop running Ubuntu
•Laptop charger
That's all I'm carrying today! I usually have all this as a pretty standard loadout. I love my backpack, it's like a way for a man to get away with the functionality of a purse... Haha.

I left the house this morning with the following in my bag:
laptop
notebook for jottings
scrum notebook (keep track of daily did-dos and will-dos)
a couple of random legal pads for less-permanent jottings (personal whiteboard)
current novel (Years of Rice and Salt, Kim Stanley Robinson)
NYTimes magazine and book review section from last Sunday
Bottle of fancy juice that I grabbed from the work fridge last night and forgot to drink when I got home, oops
tin whistle, in case a trad session happens to break out near me
Also, a Pilot Metropolitan and a TWSBI Eco
Heh. I say "bag" but clearly this is functioning exactly like a standard purse.
The difference is that mine is an all-weather heavy-duty courier-style satchel with mountings for my bike rack, and a purse is typically more stylish.
Good call on both sides, if you ask me. What guitars do you play?

I'm a big Randy Rhoads fan, so a few years ago I had Karl Sandoval build me a Dot V:

Still need the '74 Les Paul and the Jackson Concorde to complete the set. I also have a jewel blue custom Ibanez sort of similar to the S-series, thin body and neck. That one has a Floyd Rose bridge with an EMG 81.

Very nice. I haven't been playing electric guitars for a few years, but my new Guild is turning out to be a really nice machine. Parlor-size, solid mahogany, it really growls on the bass end. I've been tuning it down to low C tuning (CGDGBE) to play the Cello Suites, it works pretty well for that. Only problem is that since I'm used to a much bigger body, my picking hand ends up at the wrong angle and flatpicking tunes is a little difficult.
