You can see at first picture message when try to save in my router configuration (in NAT) port forwarding. When click OK, it is saved and result you can see at second image. Problem is that i cant use ftp with public IP.WHY? I can login with my static local ip, but cant with public. I did all in firewall, in one moment i was disable "him", but its not working either.
I am using iis for making this right, not used any of ftp server/client programs on web, just what microsoft in windows 7 gave us.

In 3rd picture, you can see how looks like the configuration fields. I didnt enter last one, should I?

Should I use in server address my public or static IP (i tried both ways, didnt work).
I tried login in cmd also, and same mistake.
I have user, with password, i know password, and its not a issue.

You are doing port forwarding, but is the port open in the first place?
