Made it through jury duty yesterday without being assigned to any actual juries. Back in the office today... with a pounding toothache... and just got a call that mancat's father is in the hospital. Whee!

So I started arguing with Javascript and his dude jQuery held me back, but it looks like my problem is his buddy JSON anyway. That bastard keeps trying to escape.
Haha no seriously though, my problem turns out to be that somewhere between my service returning a JSON String, and the ajax callback, it's inserting escape characters into the string - making it malformed and erroring out.
grr. Just need to figure out where that's happening.

Today I am on the layouts in MVC. Did manage to implement Bootstrap and create a master layout, now I am just reviewing for exam. I am really scared of this exam for some reason and I am getting this weird look from the entire class including the teacher because I postponed the MS SQL exam.
You pay for this exam and there is no discount if you try it for the second time.
Anyways, once this is over I will try to at grasp the concept of how MVC works off the .NET environment. (Tas me again, wid meh habvit ov makin non sensical foother plans again. :B )

Finished up a replacement menu navigation system demo that I'll be presenting to the the team. It will be much easier for us to deploy new languages than the POS that comes out of the box. May require a few tweaks to some base modules yet but it's a great start.

I am attempting to figure out this new deployment process we have going on at work. Its a great process and I can't wait to get fully up and running on it, but its a learning cure to be sure. We are attempting to go full CI/CD and my Bamboo plan isn't playing nice with the Artifactory deployment.

Continued work on our site, hobby, today with coding and implementation of Member management alpha version.
Vaguely have a notion work want me to go through the old physical files in the lockups and discard stuff that is no longer legally required. Since we are currently experiencing a storm, kind of hope that doesn't happen as the lockups are cold, can be damp, and spidery.
Also need to inform a company that offered me a job yesterday that I'll need a tad more base salary and relocation expenses (its inter-state).
