Problem is that within router lan i can access through my lan address 192.168.x.x, but problem is when I am not in the same subnet, I cant access, but can with WAN address 172.x.x.x..So where can be problem? This is not first setup, everything did good.

Assuming that your router is running DHCP, why is your client hard-coding an address outside of the subnet? The subnet is the rule for what the IP range can be for the network. If you have two devices & they are not on the same subnet, they can not communicate.

all pcs are in VPN connection, and can communicate. I can connect to pc in that subnet (192.168.20.22 for example), but not to 192.168.20.1 which is pcs gateway. From that PC it open and working very well...Yeah dhcp is open, but from 10-60, cause its /26 subnet

If you can reach 192.168.20.22 but not to 192.168.20.1, what is the subnet?

192.168.20.0/26 is the network to which router i cant access.

That's the CIDR, is the subnetmask 255.255.255.192?
