You would have to admire the balls on the guy if he wasn't actively destroying the country.

SECDEF says he does not support invoking the Insurrection Act to use active duty military for law enforcement:
Hopefully he'll still have a job tomorrow.

But wait, I heard that church people loved it:
And it's all someone else's fault anyway:
Quote
Trump, however, insisted his visit had been widely praised.
"The church leaders loved that I went there with the Bible," he said.

And it's all someone else's fault anyway:
Quote
"It's only the other side that didn't like it, you know, the opposing -- the opposition party, as the expression goes," he added. "They burned down the church the day before, I heard how nice and wonderful the protesters were over there. Really? Then why did they burn down the church the day before?"

so this came out yesterday
President Donald Trump weighs 244 pounds, stands 6 feet 3 inches, has a blood pressure of 121/79 mmHG and a resting heart rate 63 beats per minute, the White House said on Wednesday in a summary of his annual physical.
i have many nurse friends and doctor friends and let me tell you they all laughed at that and said if the doctor wrote that then he should have his license removed.
1st of all trump isnt 6'3" when he stands next to people who are actually 6'3" they dwarf him -- obama is 6'1" and made trump look tiny
244# my ass I'm 5'11" and 206# and i can tell you i can fit 2 of me into his pants waist size
anyways what the nurses said:
it is impossible for a man of his weight to have a sitting heart rate of 63 and no way can his blood pressure be these numbers because they dont align with anything. they also said that the listed cholesterol for trump is no where near accurate because it had his lipids higher then a marathon runner
ugh

@darenR - I believe you are substantially older than his targeted age range.

Isn't this the SAME THING Kim Jong Un did? Perfect health, best at golf, never farts or poops, etc.? Made officials lie to seem like he's perfect, to the point of fairy tale?

I realize sometimes how numb I've gotten to have a burning abortion clinic bio waste bin rolling down a steep hill for a President, because I'll get shocked out of that numbness and find myself thinking "how is this real life?" It isn't the big stuff - I'm not the least bit surprised that he gassed protestors for a photo op holding a bible in front of a church that didn't want him there. But claiming to be 6'3 and 244 lbs just completely baffles me.
Wanna know who else is 6'3" and ~240lbs? Kiko Alonso.

It seems like Republicans really do live in a different world, or see a different reality:
https://www.npr.org/...ge-floyds-death
41% of Republicans think that Trump has decreased racial tension. A whopping 30% of them don't know. 30% of Republicans aren't paying enough attention to have an opinion on whether or not Trump has decreased racial tension. The total number of Independents who think he either decreased or don't know is 27%, that's less than the Republicans who don't know. I can't imagine what 30% of Republicans are doing to not have a response to that question. As for the 41% who think he has decreased tensions, I bet they get their news from a single source, and I bet I know what it is.
In every one of those graphs Republicans are an outlier. 6% of Republicans strongly disapprove of Trump's job, compared with 47% of overall. Only 6% of black people say that they have great confidence that they will be treated equally by the police, but 66% of Republicans think they will.
It's just kind of amazing that they look at the country and see something significantly different than everyone else.
And we've lost Splashsky, he hasn't been back since trying to assert that New Yorkers lie.

yeah it's really weird how on every metric whether it is racial or not -- the dems, minorities, independents and others seem to be on or close to the same wave length while republicans are way off the charts. it's like they live in an alternate reality and not in actual reality
